From brief to final delivery

A clear production process for Gulf projects: define the story, plan the shoot, create the content and finish every agreed version.

01 / Define the brief

Start with the audience, business objective and intended use. Share dates, locations, budget range and reference work. We turn these into an agreed scope with deliverables, assumptions and a realistic production schedule.

02 / Develop the creative

The treatment establishes the story and visual direction. Depending on the project, this includes a script, mood references, storyboard or interview outline. Approve the message before investing in detailed production.

03 / Prepare the shoot

Confirm crew, contributors, locations, access and equipment. A call sheet brings timing and responsibilities together. Identify practical dependencies, including language review, site induction, weather alternatives and client approvals.

04 / Capture with purpose

Film and photograph against the agreed priorities while allowing space for useful unscripted moments. Review key frames, check sound and maintain an organized record of the material captured.

05 / Review and finish

Review the structure first, then refine picture, graphics and sound. One consolidated feedback document helps avoid conflicting changes. Confirm the final language, captions and end cards before export.

06 / Deliver and reuse

Receive the agreed masters and channel versions through online delivery. Source files, raw footage, long-term storage and future adaptations are separate deliverables to agree in the quotation.
